RYUKYO
These are small UME that bloom in winter in February and are harvested in late May.
We process them all into UMEBOSHI (Pickled Plums).
NANKO
The variety that turns red due to the sunshine is called BENI-NANKO, and it is rarely sold.
As these plums have a short shelf life, BENI-NANKO is only sold by reservation.
